Graphite electrodes (100–750 mm) are premium conductive tools engineered for high-temperature industrial processes, leveraging graphite's unique properties to deliver efficient, durable performance in EAFs, LFs, and other metallurgical reactors.
:
: 10–30% higher than standard carbon materials, reducing energy waste.
: Minimizes dimensional changes under heating/cooling, preventing cracks.
: Stable at 1,500–3,000℃, unlike metals (e.g., copper, which melts at 1,085℃).
Size-Driven Applications:
100–300 mm: Used in small-scale applications like laboratory furnaces, pilot EAFs, or LF auxiliary heating, where lower power (10–30 kA) and space constraints dominate.
300–500 mm: Standard for mid-sized EAFs (50–150 tons), supporting 30–80 kA and balancing cost with throughput.
500–750 mm: Critical for large EAFs (150–300 tons), where they handle 80–120 kA currents to melt 200+ tons of scrap per heat, optimizing tap-to-tap times.
